Bookings for An Grianan are weekly from Saturday to Saturday. The accommodation will be available to guests from 3.30 pm on the date of arrival. Guests should depart the property by 09.30 am on the day of departure to allow sufficient time to prepare for incoming guests.
A non-refundable deposit of £150/week is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due to be paid in full 8 weeks before arrival. For bookings made within 8 weeks of the arrival date, full payment is required at the time booking.
Please note that cancellations within 8 weeks of arrival will not be refunded unless we can re-let. By making a booking for our property, you agree to these conditions.
You are asked to leave the house in the same condition as you find it and notify any breakages.
All bed linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. For guests staying for 2 weeks, additional bed linen can be provided on request should you wish to change it at the end of the first week.
We regret that we cannot accommodate pets and smoking is not allowed anywhere within the property.
Vehicles/Personal Property – We advise guests to take out holiday insurance to cover loss or damage to personal effects. Vehicles and personal property are left at their owner’s risk.
